Bondi Liquor Co Bondi Vodka is a clean, unfussy Australian vodka in a 700mL bottle, made to sit behind a home bar and get used rather than admired. It is triple charcoal filtered, which shows in a neutral, softly rounded style with very little rough edge.
The aroma is quiet and cool: faint grain sweetness, a touch of lemon pith and something close to wet river stone. Nothing sits forward or hot, and there is no vegetal note to work around. On the palate it runs sweeter than expected up front, then flattens out into a mineral, slightly chalky middle with a whisper of white pepper.
Texture is where this one earns its keep — smooth and lightly viscous across the tongue, with warmth that builds gently instead of biting. The finish is short and dry, closing on citrus zest and a clean grain echo that clears quickly and leaves the mouth ready for the next sip.
