Bombay Sapphire Gin & Tonic Double Serve is a ready-to-drink London Dry gin and tonic from the United Kingdom, packaged in 250mL cans at 10% alcohol. It carries a double measure of Bombay Sapphire's vapour-infused gin, so it drinks with more gin character and less dilution than a standard premix.

The aroma leads with juniper and bright lemon and lime peel, backed by the soft coriander seed and orris lift that Bombay Sapphire is known for. On the palate the citrus is clean and forward, with the tonic bringing gentle sweetness and a clear line of quinine bitterness underneath.

Structurally this is drier and firmer than most canned G&Ts, with fine carbonation, a light body and a slightly peppery, botanical grip through the middle. The finish is crisp and bitter-edged rather than sugary, and the extra gin keeps the flavour intact even as the ice melts.

Serve very cold, poured over plenty of ice in a large glass, with a wedge of lime or a strip of grapefruit peel.
