When celebrated Victorian winemaker Michael Dhillon isn't making his award-winning Pinot Noirs that sell for $100s, he make this little number. 

This multi vintage Shiraz (with a little splash of Malbec) wine is richly flavoured with deep colour and displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum and spicy flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.

Berry fruit-dense palate is gently framed in subtle, fine-grained but persistent fruit and oak tannins.

Silky and smooth on the palate, the mouthfeel softens as layers of cherry fruit are wrapped in a comforting blanket of ripe tobacco and worn leather. The firm, yet lingering finish is perfectly balanced with touches of baking spices, fragrant fruit and earth tones.

Displaying a golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties, Bollinger Special Cuvée has very fine bubbles and a nose of beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. On the palate there is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet; pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.
