A pinot noir that is distinctly Yarra Valley - complex with earthy and gamey textures and flavours.

Pommard Clone - dark cherry and bramble fruits are complimented with spice and ample structure.

Bright red cherry and raspberry with a savoury, earthy edge. Silky, medium-bodied and easy drinking.

Deep dark ruby in colour, with aromas of mushroom, forest floor, black forest cake, dried thyme, crushed violet and petrichor (scent of rain). The middle palate displaying savory, tobacco leaves and nutty flavours - a serious pinot noir for the true pinot noir fan.

Aromatically it leans towards morello cherry and raspberry, with rhubarb, crushed violet and a hint of forest floor sitting underneath. The palate follows the perfume closely: red berries first, then a savoury turn through blood orange and dried thyme, with a faint peppery lift.
